We had 3 nights of Christmas. The first night we had some friends over and made lafsa and played the Wii. The next night we had the traditional Christmas dinner with family and the next day we had our Christmas exchange along with some chicken alfredo and played some more Wii. Michelle come on the 3rd day and thats when we opened our gifts. I got a new purse a Wii with some games for it, and a digital camera. Landon had so much fun he finally understood what you suppose to do with packages and just went nuts opening. Landon got a bunch of new clothes, some toys, and a sled. John got new clothes and a RC car for him and Landon to play with. We took Landon sleding with his new sled for the first time and he loved it.
Now I have had some questions on what lafsa is. It basically looks like a tortilla but it is made out of potatoes. You mash up some potatoes and put very little milk and butter you add as much flour as it takes to make it like a pie crust then you make a ball smaller then the size of your palm and roll it out like a crust with lots of flour on it so it doesn't stick. Make sure that its really thin and then you put it on a frying pan until it gets little brown spots on it and flip it and do the same thing. Then we like to put butter and sugar and roll it up.
