4th of July

This is one of our natures walks we went on.

This is his swing set. It did come with two swings but we took one off for the toddler swing Aunt Michelle bought.

He has always been a little climber.

This is the B-17. We actually got to meet a guy that flew the plane back in the war. He was very interesting to listen to.

Landon liked helping Grandma do dishes. Mainly because he likes playing in water.

Johns parents got snuggies. Now he wants one.

This chair use to be Johns when he was little and Grandma Erna gave it to him to take it home. Landon loves it.

Well for the 4th we went up to Malta and spent time with Johns family. We had a traditional barbecue and sat around and visited all weekend. That night we went out to my aunts house and watched their firework show. They get a big group to pitch in and spend like $1200 dollars on fireworks. It was a fantastic show. Landon fell asleep before the show but last night we lit our fireworks off at home and he just loved them. He was oohing and awing the whole time. John and I have been doing alot of fishing but haven't caught anything since the first time we went out but we have been taking little nature walks when we go so its not a complete loss. For Landons birthday we decided to get him a swing set. His birthday isn't until September but we got it for him early so he can enjoy it all summer long. He absolutely loves it. I can hardly get him to come inside. John just got back a couple weeks ago from his trip to Baltimore. He is now a hearing tech for the national guard and this weekend he is taking off again for 2 weeks for more training down in Salt Lake. I'm so excited for August because John doesn't have to go anywhere. For fathers day Landon and I took Grandpa Brian to see the B-17 that was in Great Falls. Landon's other fascination is airplanes. He was running all over the place screaming at all the planes landing and taking off.
